Star Trek

"Space... the final frontier... these are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise. It's continuing mission; to explore strange new worlds. To seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldly go where no one has gone before." - The mission of the Enterprise NCC-1701-D, Captain Jean-Luc Picard.
One of the most treasured franchises of all time, Star Trek has just celebrated its 50th anniversary. Thirteen movies, six TV shows, and still beloved by geeks and non-geeks alike. What else do I have to say?

Movies:

  1. The Motion Picture - The Enterprise takes a slow trip into an energy being that's absorbing everything.
  2. The Wrath of Khan - Kirk meets an old enemy who read a lot of Moby Dick, and one of Trek's most celebrated characters sacrifices himself for the good of the ship and the franchise.
  3. The Search for Spock - The crew try and find Spock, and fight Doc Brown's Klingon counterpart.
  4. The Voyage Home - Basically, TMP. In San Francisco. With whales. And comedy. Good comedy, that is.
  5. The Final Frontier - The crew fight God and pass a floor on the Enterprise twice! Oh, and Spock enjoys marshmelons.
  6. The Undiscovered Country - The last 20 years of the Cold War IN SPACE!!! The antagonist quotes Shakespeare
  7. Generations - Kirk and Picard have breakfast and encounter structural deficiencies. Also, Malcolm McDowell gets involved. Oh, and Data sings.
  8. First Contact - Picard and Co. go back in time to some farmland. Also, Picard wants to go full-blown Ahab on the Borg. Did you not watch Wrath of Khan?
  9. Insurrection - Picard and Co. go to some other planet to investigate some Space Hippies. The opposite happened in "The Way to Eden".
  10. Nemesis - Picard's clone tries to rip off Wrath of Khan, and only manages to sink the franchise.
  11. 2009 - Young geeks join the Navy. First mission sees them travel to a planet that is being laid waste to.
  12. Into Darkness - "Space Seed" and "Wrath of Khan" IN ABRAMSVISION!!!
  13. Beyond - Kirk and Co. get trapped on a planet and wind up in strange duos.
